Scott Harris is a seasoned pastor and marketplace leader who has spent his life equipping people to live in the fullness of their calling. He has served in key pastoral roles, including Family Ministry Pastor and on the Executive Leadership Team at Christ’s Church of the Valley, Executive Pastor and Teaching Pastor at Salt and Light Church, and Executive Pastor for all Ministries and Lead Pastor within the Mars Hill Church network in Seattle, helping oversee a movement of 15 churches across 5 states.

In addition to his church leadership, Scott has led at the highest levels in the marketplace, including global operations leadership and serving as Vice President of Customer Experience, Care, and Operations with multiple organizations. These dual experiences in church and corporate environments give him a unique ability to understand the pressures, expectations, and hidden battles leaders face.

Redeemed and restored through his own personal struggle, Scott now carries a deep burden to help pastors and ministry leaders experience the same freedom from bondage that he has found. His passion is to walk alongside leaders as they rediscover their true identity in Christ, live from the anointing of the Holy Spirit, and lead from a place of wholeness, integrity, power, and joy.
